Allred Cleaning Services provides move-out cleanings for apartments, lofts, or condos. Whether it be a studio, one, two, or three-bedroom(s); we will clean it and have it ready for the next tenant to move in.

• Cobwebs removed up to 12 feet
• Ceiling fans cleaned (height restrictions may apply)
• All window shades/blinds dusted; blinds spot-cleaned (not responsible for damage to blinds)
• Window sills and frames cleaned when accessible
• Entry doors' glass cleaned inside and out, when accessible
• Wallplates, light switches, light fixtures, baseboards, vent surfaces, doors, door frames, and door handles cleaned, when accessible
• Trash removed
• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

Bathrooms

• Shower walls, shower pans, tubs, sinks and faucets, and countertops cleaned, disinfected, and shined
• Vanity lights cleaned (height restrictions may apply)
• Inside and outside of toilet bowl, base and exterior of tank cleaned, disinfected, and shined
• Mirrors cleaned and shined
• Cabinet doors and handles cleaned
• Cabinets cleaned inside

Kitchen

• Sink and faucets cleaned, disinfected, and shined
• Range hood or under the built-in microwave (where accessible), stovetop, range front (sides when exposed) cleaned and shined
• Control knobs cleaned (removed and cleaned when possible)
• Microwave cleaned and shined, inside and out
• Refrigerator interior cleaned; exterior cleaned and shined, when accessible
• Countertops cleaned, disinfected, and shined
• Cabinet doors and handles cleaned
• Cabinets cleaned inside

 Laundry room

• If applicable, washer and dryer front cleaned; top, back, and sides cleaned, if accessible
